Tony's letter from his teacher

With this letter I recommend Rocky Point Academy as a help for dyslexic students.  Their work with Tony, a student of mine, has made a dramatic difference in his reading ability.

The improvement in Tony's reading level has been substantial.  In September when Tony entered my classroom as a fourth grader, he was reading on a second grade level.  After a week of tutoring in December, Tony's reading level rose to fourth grade level.  Tony has sustained this gain throughout the year.  On the Achievement Level Test given this March, Tony gained three grade levels.

The Smiths have been a pleasure to work with and generous with their special knowledge.  At the conclusion of their week tutoring Tony, they met with a team of teachers to discuss their program.  They also met with specific teachers and assistants to design follow-up practice for Tony.  They are knowledgeable, positive, and born teachers.
